My name is Jessica Jauregui, and I am the owner of JMJ Resources, LLC. I am a human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in all functional areas of Human Resources. I have worked in executive leadership for 15 years. I am extremely knowledgeable in all functional areas of human resources including California wage and hour law, employee and labor relations, organizational development, recruitment and selection, employment and retention, training and development, and employee health services.

I founded my company with the desire to partner with small to medium sized businesses to maximize their most important competitive advantage, their people, through consulting, training, development and wellness. I am also a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor and I teach yoga in the community in order to share my love of sustaining a healthy mind, body and spirit.
